IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS:
MAXIMUM ALLOWED DIMENSIONS: 1920 pixels HORIZONTAL and 1080 pixels VERTICAL
MAXIMUM FILESIZE: 1.5 MB
IMAGE TITLES: Should be restricted to 35 characters, for ease of submission system will automatically accept the FILENAME as IMAGE TITLE though it can be modified after uploading

1. The salon is open to all amateur & professional photographers in INDIA.
2. Entries are limited to only 4 images (digital files) per section, i.e. 16 Number of Images in 4 Sections Total.
3. Digital files will be projected without any change by the organizers.
4. Awards will be mailed by registered post with proper reasonable care, but organizers will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft.
5. Organizers reserve the right to reproduce selected entries in the catalogue, digital and print media for publicity.
6. Submission of entries implies acceptance of all conditions of the Salon.
7. All the work must be entirely the work of the exhibitor on photographic emulsion or digital file.
8. Images may be altered either digitally or otherwise by the maker and artwork or computer generated graphics by the maker are NOT allowed provided the photographic content is predominant and only in Open Images should not contain any watermarks, logos or author names.
9. All jury members and salon committee members will not participate in the salon. Untitled or No title images will not be accepted.
10. All paid Entrants will receive online PDF CATALOGUE.
11. All Acceptances are eligible for FIP who's who & distinctions.
12. The decision of the Panel of selectors is final and binding, no further appeal will be entertained.
13. ENTRIES WILL NOT BE JUDGED WITHOUT ENTRY FEE and Entry will be disqualified for judging.
14. Author must accept all the conditions of the salon.

*To Qualify as a Club/Group Entry or for the Best Club Awards, the Club/Group needs to be of 10 or more participants.
